“Fred Uddin and all the folks at Kingdom Flooring have been honest, patient, fair in my experiences with them. A couple years ago we had purchased wood flooring materials and installation from another flooring installer, but they had trouble getting the specific wood floor we had chosen. After the other guys grew impatient, we called Fred at Kingdom Flooring. We moved our business to Fred, because he showed the necessary patience with the us and the vendor as he worked through a backstock issue. We had our hearts set on a very specific type of flooring because it was so unique and went really well in our house. Fred stayed on the supplier getting a quicker turn around than the competition. Once the job was completed, Fred gave us a bill that equaled 10% less than we had agreed. As an added bonus, Fred had gotten the supplier to come down on their costs because of the delay we voluntarily accepted to get the flooring of our choice. Amazingly, Fred passed every dollar of savings on to us. In the end, we had the floors we wanted, at a price much lower than the competition and the installation was top notch. The competition had told us that they could not salvage the baseboards in our new home and would have to give us quarter round throughout our new home instead. However, the Kingdom Flooring installers really went the extra mile. They literally took off every baseboard off and shaved off 1/8 inch in every single room in our lower floor so that the transitions would match the entry to the kitchen. Now, after 2 years, the installation is holding up great, no pops or cracks or spaces in the floor panels anywhere whatsoever.

Just recently we started getting serious about a fine Persian rug, and Fred was there for us again. We kicked tires at Kingdom Flooring off and on for a year, but spent at least two months seriously looking around town for the right rug, and auditioning each of them in our living room. We went to see Fred two or three times and he worked with his business connections in various other parts of the country to help us find what we were looking for. The funny thing is that after looking a lot and learning a lot about fine rugs, we ended up changing what we wanted a couple different times as we realized what looked best in our home and with our floors. In the end we chose a rug that had been at the Plano showroom all along. We had ruled it out because of price, but Fred simply went out of his way to help make it possible for us to purchase and afford this amazing rug. At this point, I am certain that I couldn’t find a better the price for a rug of this quality in the city, even with several more months to look.
